Affordable room with basic furnishings. It had large windows letting in lots of natural light 🌞, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

Comfortable; excellent price for the services, free parking, good connections to the city centre. The room had small bathroom, but it had all the necessary equipment and it was clean!

We stayed at the Europahaus Wien for the second time and had a great experience. The hotel may be basic, but the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location, though outside the center, is easily accessible with tram and bus stops nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The free parking was a bonus, and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings and beautiful park nearby. The friendly staff and comfortable beds added to our enjoyable stay.

wonderful location near the tram station, perfect staff, everything was good. we had a comfy room and a good breakfast. we both enjoyed the food; it was cheap and had a wide range of options.

The rooms were clean and looked amazing. the staff, especially the waiter, were super nice and friendly 😊.

Location really close to Stephen's Plaza as well as a supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Cheap, extremely spacious rooms with comfort bed, fridge, huge windows, MAGNIFICENT setting.

Additionally, the hotel is located in a nice surrounding park-yard, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we felt welcomed and attended to.

The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The room looked old and run-down, with broken shower doors, a cracked sink, and a dirty and yellowed toilet seat.

Room was clean and very well prepared. Underground 15 mins from the hotel (on foot). Nice location to vistit Vien as tourist. Remember to get LAN cable to connect to the internet from a hotel room.

The hotel is in excellent condition. The room was spacious, bright, clean, comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and professional. Nice buffet breakfast. Free car parking, which is very nice. It has great connection to Vienna public transportation system. It is absolutely a great value for the money.

I would not say, that I did not like it - it is just a little disadvantage. The hotel is situated quite far from City center, so you need approximately 20-30 min to get there by public transportation.

The bathroom facilities were not up to par, as they were small and lacked sufficient amenities.
